RATES & BOOKING INFORMATION
The following rates are effective as of August 13, 2008. All prices listed are for the provision of on-site (your
location) professional officiant or ministerial services within either Bexar or Comal Counties (Texas). Services
provided to locations outside of these counties are subject to additional fees to cover the cost of travel ($0.58 per
mile, round-trip, measured point-to-point).

1. Consultation with the minister is included at no additional cost to you.
2. If you wish to secure a date, you must submit a $50 reservation booking fee (this is a non-refundable deposit to
secure your date). This fee is due within three days of your initial request to reserve the date.
3. All fees must be paid in full at least three days prior to the rehearsal and/or start of the ceremony/service,
whichever comes first. Payment may be made by cash, money order, cashier's check, or PayPal ($5 processing
fee applies to all PayPal payments).
4. Each ceremony or service appointment is scheduled in a two-hour block to allow time for the ceremony, photo
session and other activities involving the minister. Events must begin on time! A late fee of $25 will be charged
for every 1/2 hour past the scheduled start time. If you are concerned about start times and delays, you may opt to
book the minister for either a half-day ($325) or full-day ($550).
5. Parties requesting a change of schedule may rebook with the minister, if she is available, without paying an
additional booking fee. Rescheduling fees will apply, however.
6. Full cancellations for events other than memorial/funeral services require a minimum 21 day advance notice. If
less than 21 day's notice is provided, the parties are responsible for payment of all fees and charges, whether or
not a ceremony is performed. In all instances, the parties will also forfeit their booking deposit. Memorial/funeral
services may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the event; however, the booking deposit will be forfeit.
Note: Military personnel are eligible to receive a 10 % discount on all officiant services, except for booking fees,
reschedulig fees, and service fees for services scheduled on holidays.
